1. Agreement and scope<\/h2>\n

These Terms govern access to MR PROP Firm simulated trading accounts, trader dashboards, support, certificates, and eligible performance rewards. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Legal & Trading Rules, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Refund Policy.<\/p>\n

2. Simulated-account service<\/h2>\n

MR PROP Firm accounts use virtual trading capital in a simulated environment. Account balances are not customer deposits, brokerage balances, savings, loans, securities, or withdrawable principal. Purchasing an account is payment for access to a digital evaluation-free trading service and does not create an investment-management, employment, partnership, or brokerage relationship.<\/p>\n

3. Eligibility and availability<\/h2>\n

You must have legal capacity to contract, provide accurate information, use your own email and payment method, and comply with the laws applicable to you. Service availability may be restricted by country, sanctions, age, payment-provider rules, platform availability, or risk controls. MR PROP Firm may request reasonable identity, payment, fraud-prevention, sanctions, or wallet-ownership checks.<\/p>\n

4. Orders, prices, and payment<\/h2>\n

The account, price, currency, discount, platform choice, and total displayed at final checkout form part of your order. Crypto payments must use the exact supported asset, network, amount, and destination shown during payment. Network fees, exchange costs, underpayments, overpayments, and transfers made on an incompatible network remain subject to the selected payment provider’s processing rules.<\/p>\n

5. Account review and delivery<\/h2>\n

After payment is confirmed, the order enters account review. MT4 or MT5 credentials are delivered to the registered email address after provisioning is complete. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by payment confirmation, security checks, platform availability, support volume, or information required from the customer.<\/p>\n

6. Trading rules<\/h2>\n

  • Daily loss limit:<\/strong> 4% of the original account balance, including closed and floating profit or loss, commissions, and swaps during the trading-server day.<\/li>\n
  • Maximum loss:<\/strong> a static 6% limit measured from the original account balance and including open exposure and trading costs.<\/li>\n
  • Reward activation:<\/strong> 10% net profit while the account remains compliant.<\/li>\n
  • Reward share:<\/strong> 80% of approved eligible net simulated profit.<\/li>\n
  • Consistency:<\/strong> no consistency formula and no best-day rule.<\/li>\n
  • Trading days:<\/strong> no minimum unless clearly stated for the selected product before payment.<\/li>\n
  • Allowed trading:<\/strong> legitimate expert advisors, news trading, overnight holding, and weekend holding where the platform and instrument permit them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    7. Account security<\/h2>\n

    Your website login, email, trading credentials, wallet, and devices must be kept secure. Accounts may not be sold, shared, rented, transferred, or operated by an unauthorized third party. You must notify MR PROP Firm promptly if credentials or devices may have been compromised.<\/p>\n

    8. Prohibited conduct<\/h2>\n

    Prohibited conduct includes identity or payment fraud, unauthorized third-party trading, latency or stale-price exploitation, delayed-feed or platform-error exploitation, order flooding, coordinated opposite positions intended to manufacture results, reward manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, and unlawful use.<\/p>\n

    9. Reward requests<\/h2>\n

    Reward requests become available only after the activation target is reached and all account rules remain satisfied. Requests may be checked for trading compliance, payment integrity, identity, wallet accuracy, and prohibited conduct. Multiple requests are permitted while sufficient eligible profit remains. Same-day processing is a service target and does not guarantee blockchain settlement within a particular time.<\/p>\n

    10. Wallet responsibility<\/h2>\n

    You are responsible for selecting a supported asset and network and supplying a compatible destination address. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. Loss caused by an incorrect address, incompatible network, unsupported token, compromised wallet, or third-party wallet service may not be recoverable.<\/p>\n

    11. Suspension and termination<\/h2>\n

    MR PROP Firm may pause provisioning or a reward review, request additional information, restrict access, cancel unpaid reward eligibility, or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of a rule breach, fraud, payment dispute, identity mismatch, security incident, abusive conduct, or legal requirement. Material decisions may be reviewed through support.<\/p>\n

    12. Refunds and chargebacks<\/h2>\n

    Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law. Requests made before credentials are delivered may be eligible for review. After digital access has been supplied or trading begins, the fee is generally non-refundable unless required by law or MR PROP Firm confirms that the purchased service was not provided. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension.<\/p>\n

    13. Service availability<\/h2>\n

    Maintenance, internet failures, market-data interruptions, platform outages, force majeure, network congestion, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect access. MR PROP Firm will take reasonable steps to restore service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.<\/p>\n

    14. Risk and no guarantee<\/h2>\n

    Trading results are uncertain. Past performance, public activity, certificates, dashboard figures, marketing material, or another trader’s result do not guarantee your outcome or reward eligibility. Spreads, slippage, gaps, swaps, execution conditions, and technical interruptions can affect simulated results.<\/p>\n

    15. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

    MR PROP Firm branding, site content, software, graphics, certificates, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the site grants a right to copy, resell, impersonate, or misrepresent the service.<\/p>\n

    16. Liability and consumer rights<\/h2>\n

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR PROP Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the simulated service, customer devices, incorrect wallet details, or third-party systems. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n

    17. Changes and contact<\/h2>\n

    The version accepted when an order is placed governs that order, subject to mandatory legal changes or changes that protect customers and the service.
