What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, phone number, the account size and firm you are interested in, your preferred time, and your timezone.
• When you message us: whatever you send, plus your WhatsApp number.
• When we work on your account: the trading credentials you give us, and the trade record of that account.
• Automatically: standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers on this site by default.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you, to trade the account you asked us to trade, and to keep records of what we did. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Call bookings and enquiries: 24 months. Trading credentials: deleted at the end of the engagement — we ask you to change your password at that point regardless. Trade records: kept as long as we may need them to answer a dispute.

Who else sees it

The trader assigned to your account, and the risk desk. Our email provider and hosting company process data on our behalf. Nobody else.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@mrpropfx.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing cookies by default. Essential WordPress, security or payment cookies may be used where necessary. Where consent is legally required, non-essential cookies are not loaded until that consent is given.
