Refund policy

The short version

If the account fails while we trade it, your passing fee is returned in full on every order. With Full Guarantee, an eligible failure costs you $0: every service fee paid to us is returned together with the evaluation fee, or you choose a fresh challenge and free retry.

The two levels of cover

Full Guarantee is chosen when you order. It cannot be added once trading has started.

Before a trader is assigned

Full refund, no questions, for any reason. Message us and it is processed the same working day.

After a trader is assigned, before trading starts

Full refund of the passing fee. We ask only that you tell us before the first order is placed.

Once trading has started

The engagement runs to a conclusion. If the account passes, the fee is earned and is not refundable. If the account fails, your passing fee is returned in full. With Full Guarantee, the refund option returns every service fee paid to us, including the supplement, and reimburses the evaluation fee; the alternative is one fresh challenge and retry with no additional payment.

How a refund is paid

• Back to the original payment method wherever possible.
• Within seven working days of you telling us which option you want.
• Reimbursement of the prop firm’s evaluation fee requires the firm’s receipt or dashboard screenshot showing the amount paid.

What is not refundable

• The prop firm’s evaluation fee on a Standard order. That money is paid to the firm, not to us, and is only reimbursed under Full Guarantee.
• Fees where the account was breached by you trading it during the engagement.
• Account management fees for a payout cycle already traded.

Disputes

Message support with your order details. We confirm eligibility, record your choice of refund or retry, and keep you updated until it is completed.
