Refund Policy

Where the service is eligible and fails without customer interference or another exclusion, the eligible passing-service fee is refunded. The third-party challenge fee is not included.

Where eligible, Full Guarantee extends the remedy to the stated challenge-fee amount or a free retry, as selected and confirmed under the order terms.

Protection may not apply to incorrect or late access, customer trading, credential changes, withdrawals, pre-existing breaches, hidden restrictions, inaccurate information, firm insolvency or closure, platform manipulation, or a payment dispute.

Contact support with the order number and relevant account evidence. The team may request platform history, firm notices, access records, or other information needed to determine eligibility.

Approved refunds are returned through the original method where possible. Provider and blockchain processing times are outside MR PROP FX control. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
